2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use DirtyVocal. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
3. Account Registration
Any Mail: You can use any mail provider you want or login with google easily.
Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Responsibility: You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to:
-Use DirtyVocal for any unlawful purposes.
-Upload content that is defamatory, obscene, or infringes on intellectual property rights.
-Distribute viruses or any other harmful technologies.
-Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other user accounts or DirtyVocal’s systems.
5. Adult content restrictions
To keep DirtyVocal safe and welcoming for all users, adult audio content is permitted, but must be clearly marked as NSFW using the provided feature if it contains mature themes in the title, description, or audio itself. Content that includes adult material but isn’t properly labeled may be removed without notice. NSFW images are strictly prohibited — any visuals containing nudity or explicit content will be taken down, and your account may be suspended. If you encounter any content that makes you feel uncomfortable, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
6. Content Ownership and License
Your Content: You retain ownership of the content you upload.
License to DirtyVocal: By uploading content, you grant DirtyVocal a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use and distribute your content on the platform.
7. Premium Features
While DirtyVocal offers basic functionalities for free, we also provide premium plans that include features like:
-Caption syncing
-Visual text stories
-Change your Voice with AI
-Exclusive original contents
-Generate AI voice TTS
These premium features help us cover third-party API costs and enhance your experience.
8. Subscriptions
Pro subscriptions are non-refundable. If you choose to cancel, you’ll still enjoy all Pro features until your current billing cycle ends. After that, your custom profile URL will be deactivated and may become available for others to use. Any uploaded tracks that exceed the limits of the free plan will remain accessible, but this policy may change in the future. DirtyVocal is not liable for any loss of data or functionality that may result from downgrading or cancelling your Pro subscription.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to DirtyVocal at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms and Conditions or is harmful to other users.
10. Disclaimers
No Warranty: DirtyVocal is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
Limitation of Liability: We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of DirtyVocal after changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
